Payment & Insurance Information

I accept HSA and FSA cards for all doula services. Many families are able to use these benefits without needing a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), but some plans may still require one.

If your provider does ask for documentation, I can share exactly what to request—it’s a quick and easy process. I also offer itemized invoices (superbills) to support reimbursement through your insurance or employer benefit programs, like Carrot Fertility.

Important Notes

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve all packages. The remaining balance is due:

  • By 37 weeks for birth services

  • By your first scheduled shift for postpartum care

• My fees are fixed and are not based on insurance reimbursement
