Birth Doula Services
Birth is one of life’s most powerful experiences, and you deserve to feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. My role is to help you prepare, walk with you through labor, and continue supporting you as you settle into life with your baby.
What’s Included:
24/7 Unlimited Access – Call, text, or email anytime from booking through two weeks postpartum
Two Prenatal Visits – Covering birth preferences, comfort & breathing techniques, prenatal coaching, and postpartum planning
Birth Education & Planning – Guidance in creating your birth preferences and understanding your options
Labor & Birth Support – Continuous in-person support during active labor and delivery, with hands-on comfort, encouragement, and advocacy for you and your support team
Post-Birth Presence – Support for early bonding, newborn education, and initial feeding (non-clinical) in the first hour after birth
One Postpartum Visit – In-home visit within the first two weeks to check in on recovery, feeding, rest, and family adjustment
Postpartum Doula Services – Starting at $960
The early weeks after birth are a time of healing, adjustment, and new rhythms. Whether you need daytime support or an extra set of hands in the evening, I’m here to help you rest, recover, and feel confident caring for your baby. My role is to lighten the load so you can focus on what matters most.
What’s Included:
Flexible Availability – Monday through Thursday, daytime or evening shifts (up to midnight), with a 4-hour minimum per visit
On-Call Support – Unlimited text, call, or email support throughout the week
Infant & Recovery Guidance – Evidence-based information on newborn care, feeding, and postpartum healing
Hands-On Baby Care – Help with feeding, diapering, soothing, and building sleep routines
Daily Visit Log – Tracking feedings, diapers, and sleep to spot trends and create routines
Exclusive Resource Library – Access to evidence-based articles, guides, and recommended books
Local Referrals – Vetted contacts for lactation consultants, chiropractors’, sitters, cleaning, wellness, and more
